- 1 t. sugar
- 1/2 t. red wine vinegar

1Cook bacon in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until almost crisp. Pour out half the drippings. add onions to remaining drippings and cook stirring, til onions brown @ 10 minutes. (add a spalsh of water if onions start to stick). Stir in hot sauce, sugar, vinegar; add s&P to taste.Stir til combined.
