  • 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, finely chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3 cups masa harina
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    Add onions and cumin; cook an additional 5 min., stirring frequently.

    Cool.

    Mix masa harina, cheese, water and salt until well blended.

    Place on lightly floured surface.

    Knead 5 min.

    or until smooth and elastic.

    Add bacon mixture; knead until well blended.

    Divide into 10 balls.

    With moistened hands, form each ball into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick.

    Add dough circles, in batches, to large skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cook on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
