Bacon Pesto Spaghetti

- 4 slices bacon
- 5 ounces dried spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 8 black olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
- parmesan cheese, curls to garnish
- salt and black pepper
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in a pan of boiling water as per pack instructions.

2Meanwhile, place bacon slices under a pre-heated broiler and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes each side.

3Cut into large pieces.

4Spoon the pesto on to drained spaghetti and toss together with bacon, olives and basil leaves.

5Garnish with parmesan and season.
