- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
Directions

1Quarter potatoes and put in shallow 2-quart baking dish with the onions.

2Sprinkle with flour and seasonings; toss until vegetables are well coated and press down in dish.

3Add water to half the depth of vegetables.

4Arrange bacon on top and cover with lid or foil.

5Bake in hot oven at 400° for 30 minutes.

6Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
