- 1 lb. bacon
- 3 cans Geisha whole water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Cut uncooked bacon slices in half. Wrap each half slice of bacon around water chestnut. Insert toothpick to secure.

2Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

4Remove and drain grease.

5Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and chili sauce.

6Pour over bacon roll-ups.
-
7Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.
