Bacon Roll-Ups

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/4 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Melt butter in water.

    Mix water/butter mixture with dressing mix; add egg, then sausage.

    Mix well.

    Take a piece of mixture the size of 1/2 a pecan and wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon.

    Hold together with toothpick.

    Cook in oven preheated at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
