  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup

Directions

    Mix sugars and ketchup in a saucepan and cook on low for 10 minutes. Cut bacon in thirds and cut water chestnuts in half. Wrap bacon around chestnuts, hold in place with a toothpick. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet. Remove from oven and cover with sauce, return to oven for 15-20 more minutes.
