- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 13 cup powdered sugar
- 12 cup uncooked oats (I used regular not quick)
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup olive oil
- 14 cup cold coffee
- 12 cup smooth peanut butter
- 12 cup finely chopped dry roasted salted peanut (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F, and grease a 9 springform pan, lining the bottom with parchment paper.

2Sift together the flour, cocoa and icing sugar.

3Whisk in oats.

4Add brown sugar, olive oil, coffee and peanut butter, beating until well blended (dough will be very stiff).

5Add peanuts, mixing well, then pat the mixture evenly and firmly over the bottom of the prepared pan.

6Score into 16 wedges.

7Bake for 30 minutes.
