- 6 large, hard-cooked eggs
- 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. softened margarine
- 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cut eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and set whites aside. Place yolks in a bowl and mash and cream.

3Add crumbled, crisp bacon, mayonnaise, margarine, mustard and paprika until blended. Spoon mixture into whites.

4Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
