- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerator flaky biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion in food chopper.

3Grate cheese and mix all together, except biscuits. Set aside.

4Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits and lay over mini muffin cup.

5Using mini tart press dipped in flour, press each biscuit into cup.

6Fill with bacon mixture.

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.

8Makes 30 appetizers.
