Ingredients
- 1 cup of sliced onion
- 12 cup of chopped green pepper
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 (8 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 12 lb of thick bacon (chopped & uncooked)
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 8 ounces pasta
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil till tender.

2Add bacon, tomatoe, bouillon, and spices.

3Let simmer 20 minutes.

4While sauce is simmering cook pasta as directed.

5When pasta is done drain and add to sauce.

6Toss till pasta is covered with sauce.

7Serve with grated parm cheese.
