Bacon Wrapped Pickles

  • 1 package Low Sodium Thin Slice Bacon (1 Pound Package)
  • 1 jar Any Kind Of Pickle You Prefer (16-24 Ounce Jar)
  • Toothpicks

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Line a jelly roll pan with foil & place wire rack inside.
  3. 3
    Cut bacon slices into thirds (if you are using pickle slices) or in half (if using gherkin, baby, or pickle spears).

    Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 2 pickle slices, or 1 pickle spear- skewer and place on wire rack in jelly roll pan.

    Once all of the bacon is used place into preheated oven.

    Cook for 20 minutes.

    Turn pickles over and cook for 20 more minutes or until bacon is crisp.

    Serve with ranch dip or mustard.
