- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Wrap each chop with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.

2Place chops in a 2-quart shallow casserole dish in a single layer.

3Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover.

4Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

5Turn once and remove cover after 40 minutes.
