- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
- 1 1/4 tsp. or more Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

2Sprinkle with seasonings and lemon juice.

3Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

4Broil 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once.
