Bacon Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Cut up bacon into thirds.

    Place 1 or 2 (depending on size) water chestnuts in a piece of bacon and roll-up.

    Secure with a toothpick.

    Place on broiling pan.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

    Remove and put in casserole dish.

    Mix ketchup and sugar.

    Pour mixture over bacon wraps.

    Heat in oven to warm.

    Remove.

    Can leave in casserole dish or remove pieces to other dish for serving.
