"baconsalt" Quiche

  • 400 g cottage cheese (low-fat)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 1 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 chili
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring (BaconSalt)

Directions

    Mix the eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl with one of the onions and add a heaped teaspoon of baconsalt.

    Lightly oil an 8 to10inch flan dish, (no pastry!)

    and pour the mixture inches
  4. 4
    Top with sliced onion, sliced tomato and chilies or peppers.

    Bake at 200C until firm to the touch, (30 to 40 minutes)

    Serve on its own for a snack or with a mixed salad for lunch.
