Ingredients: 1/4 green apple, seeded; 2 ounces Absolut citron vodka; 1 1/2 ounces lemon juice; 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup; 1/8 - 1/4 fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur (optional) or 1/8-1/4 fluid ounce Grand Marnier (optional)

2 ounces Absolut citron vodka
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
1/8 - 1/4 fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur (optional) or 1/8-1/4 fluid ounce Grand Marnier (optional)

Blend ingredients, without ice, until apple is pureed smooth.

Shake this mixture with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Splash with optional Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
