Ingredients

  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. cut up dates
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. fine coconut

Directions

    Mix together first 5 ingredients and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add next 3 ingredients.

    When cool enough to handle, form into balls and roll in one cup of fine coconut.
