Ingredients

  • 14 cup almonds, blanched & roughly chopped
  • 4 cups milk
  • 14 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 -4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 -2 leaf edible silver foil

Directions

    Heat milk in a thick heavy bottomed pan and bring to a boil.

    reduce the heat add the chopped almonds and simmer on low heat for 15- 20 minutes

    Add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and continue to boil for another 2 minutes.

    remove from the heat , add honey and stir.

    Serve warm in individual earthenware glasses garnished with silver warq.6.
