Ingredients
- 1 3/8 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 6 1/3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 5 tablespoons cream Baileys or other Irish
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Whisk the cornstarch into the milk. Add to a saucepan with the cream, evaporated milk, and Baileys. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened. Set aside to cool.

2Mix the Baileys mixture well and pour into popsicle molds. Place into the freezer.

3When slightly hardened, place a popsicle stick into each mold. Place in the freezer until completely frozen.
