- espresso coffee instant or fresh
- Baileys Liqueur
- dark chocolate
Directions

1In a measuring cup mix coffee and Baileys. I used a 1:1 ratio.

2Pour mixture into molds

3Freeze until set

4Melt chocolate and place in piping bag

5Remove treats from molds and place on cooling rack

6Drizzle with chocolate

7Place rack back into freezer just until hardened

8Remove from freezer and turn treats over
-
9Drizzle chocolate on the other side

10Return rack to freezer to harden

11If you are not eating them at this point, place then in a single layer on wax paper in a container

12Seal with a lid and return to the freezer until ready to eat
