Ingredients

  • espresso coffee instant or fresh
  • Baileys Liqueur
  • dark chocolate

Directions

    In a measuring cup mix coffee and Baileys. I used a 1:1 ratio.

    Pour mixture into molds

    Freeze until set
  4. 4
    Melt chocolate and place in piping bag
  5. 5
    Remove treats from molds and place on cooling rack
  6. 6
    Drizzle with chocolate

    Place rack back into freezer just until hardened

    Remove from freezer and turn treats over
  9. 9
    Drizzle chocolate on the other side
  10. 10
    Return rack to freezer to harden

    If you are not eating them at this point, place then in a single layer on wax paper in a container

    Seal with a lid and return to the freezer until ready to eat
