- 2 cups chopped unpeeled apples (2 medium) or 2 cups pears (2 medium)
- 2 23 cups old fashioned oats
- 12 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups soymilk (regular or vanilla)
- 14 cup real maple syrup
- additional soymilk (optional) or milk, if desired (optional)
- chopped toasted walnuts, if desired (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F

2Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

3In casserole, stir together apples, oats, raisins, cinnamon, salt, soymilk and syrup.

4Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.

5Pour additional soymilk over each serving; sprinkle with walnuts.
