Directions

    Cut apricots in half and remove stone. Place skin side up in individual ovenproof dishes or one larger one.

    Put the water in a small saucepan.

    Add crushed cardamon seeds, sugar and lemon zest, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
