- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Arrange asparagus in a shallow baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.

4Cover with aluminum foil.

5Prick holes in foil.

6Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
