Baked Asparagus

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus, uncooked
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Arrange asparagus in a shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.

    Pour oil all over.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Prick holes in foil.

    Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serves 4.
