- 4 firm, medium bananas
- lime or lemon juice
- brown sugar
- finely chopped peanuts
Directions

1Place the unpeeled bananas in a shallow baking pan.

2Bake the bananas in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a fork will pierce the bananas easily.

3To serve, make 2 lengthwise slits, 1/2 to 3/4-inch apart, through the peel of each banana.

4Remove the peel between the slits.

5Sprinkle each banana with a little lemon or lime juice and a little brown sugar.

6Top each banana with a few finely chopped peanuts.

7Makes 4 servings.
