Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2/3 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cake mix and melted margarine.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and cover with dry cake mix.

    Sprinkle nuts over cake mix and drizzle with melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° (325° if using glass pan) for 55 to 60 minutes.

    Serve with whipped cream or plain.
