- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can beans
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 14 cup water
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and curry in olive oil until onions are tender.

2Put onion mixture, beans, vinegar, water and hot sauce in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4Place blended bean mixture in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

5Serve hot with veggies, bread, or crackers.
