- 2 c. tomatoes, cut up
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 68 oz. chili beans
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
- 1 c. celery
Directions

1Cook meat with onions, peppers, salt, pepper and onion powder. Add chili brick, tomatoes and paste.

2Add chili beans, celery and chili powder (if used).

3Simmer 1 hour or more in very large pot.
