  • 1/4 lb. salt pork
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. molasses
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 c. ketchup (if desired)
  • 1 large onion
