  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 3 (16 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar

Directions

    Cook bacon until crisp.

    (Microwave works good for this.) Mix pork and beans and brown sugar together and pour into a baking dish.

    Top with pieces of broken bacon.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour covered.

    Uncover, stir and bake until desired consistency.
