- 12 c. regular rolled oats
- 2 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. slivered almonds or cashew pieces
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. honey (or less)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Mix orange juice, almond extract, salt and honey.

3Pour over dry ingredients and toss together.

4Crumble into shallow baking sheets in 3/4-inch layer. Bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring occasionally.

5Add raisins after baking.

6Makes 14 cups.
