  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar or add to taste
  • generous dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • onion (if desired)

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and onion.

    Add salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Drain. Mix beans, catsup, mustard, sauce and sugar in a 9 x 13-inch dish or baking pan.

    Add ground beef and stir well.

    Garnish top with strips of bacon and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
