- 1 12 cups dried white beans
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Soak the beans overnight.

2Drain in the morning and cover with fresh water and simmer for half an hour.

3Dice the bacon and cook in a frying pan until crisp, reserve 3 Tbsp of the drippings.

4Combine all ingredients with the beans and place in a buttered baking dish.

5Cover and bake at 250 degrees farenheit for 3-6 hours, cook uncovered for the last hour of cooking.
