  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • squirt of mustard
  • 1 c. catsup
  • shake of ginger
  • 2 (44 oz.) cans pork and beans

    Drain pork and beans.

    Remove bacon fat.

    Place in 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Mix sauce through beans.

    Place bacon on top and bake at 300° for 2 hours.
