- 2 lb. yellow eye beans
- 2 qt. water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- salt pork (if you like)
Directions

1Soak beans for about 3 hours or more.

2Put all ingredients in 6-quart pressure cooker.

3Mix well.

4At 10 pound pressure, bring pressure up, then time it 1 hour.

5Turn heat down about halfway to keep a steady pressure.

6Let pressure drop on its own.
