- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 bottle ketchup
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry the bacon.

2Crumble into beans.

3Saute onion and bell pepper.

4Add to bean mixture.

5Add remaining ingredients to beans. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

6Then bake at 250° for another hour.
