  • 2 cans vegetarian baked beans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 oranges, sliced (with peelings on)

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine until soft and transparent.

    Add to beans.

    Mix orange juice and sugar.

    Put in casserole and place orange slices on top.

    Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven until hot. Excellent with any kind of barbecue.
