  • 3 cups water
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 14 12 ounces stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 12 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 14 cup celery
  • 14 cup long grain rice, uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Transfer to an ungreased oven proof baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 350F for l 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
