- 1 large or 2 small fillets
- 1/4 c. butter plus 1 Tbsp. garlic
- seasoned bread crumbs
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
- black pepper
- parsley
Directions

1Garlic and wine take away the strong fish taste.

2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in shallow baking dish.

3Place fillets sprinkled with chopped garlic, parsley, pepper and lemon juice.

4Cover with seasoned bread crumbs and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over it. Wine may be added before crumbs, if desired.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
