  • 7-8 oz. whole brie cheese
  • fresh herbs (combination of parsley, basil, onion, tarragon, etc.)
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Slice horizontally and carefully lift lid. Insert the fresh herbs and 1/2 of almonds. Replace the lid and place in the center of ovenproof dish. Smooth butter around the outside of the brie and sprinkle top with remaining almonds. Bake

    12-15 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit. Serves 4-6.
