Ingredients

  • 4 whole English Muffins
  • 3 cans (5 Oz. Can) Tuna Fish
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Asiago Cheese

Directions

    Separate each muffin in half so you have 8 halves.

    Place inside up.

    Mix tuna, seasonings and mayo together.

    You can change quantities to taste, but keep it relatively dry.

    I use Dukes Mayo.

    Spoon a thick layer on each muffin half and top with a slice of cheese.

    Cook for 10 minutes and then blast them on high broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese a bit.

    Cool and enjoy!
