- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts or scratch recipe for double crust
- 1/3 can raspberry pie filling Comstock Simply, & Topping
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 milk or egg wash
Directions

1Roll out pastry dough

2Cut off top rind of brie cheese and place face up on pastry dough

3Add 1/3 can of Comstock on top of brie

4Fold pastry dough around the brie completely covering every surface

5Lightly brush with milk or egg wash

6Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F
