  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 16 ounces, weight Brie, Rind Removed, Cubed
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (light Is Fine), Cubed
  • 3/4 cups Sour Cream (light Is Fine)
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.

    Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.

    Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until softened and translucent.

    In a large microwave-safe bowl combine the cubed brie and cream cheese.

    Melt in the microwave for 23 minutes, stirring occasionally.
