- 4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Place brisket in large piece of foil or in a cooking bag. Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke, celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.

2Wrap well and put into a crock-pot.

3Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.

4Serve warm with the following sauce.
