Baked Carrots

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 long pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cut up carrots and cook until almost done.

    Melt butter with cheese.

    Put carrots in baking dish (approximately 8 x 11-inch). Pour melted cheese and butter over carrots.

    Crush the crackers and sprinkle over carrots.

    Bake at 350°, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.

    Serve hot.
