- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 long pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cut up carrots and cook until almost done.

2Melt butter with cheese.

3Put carrots in baking dish (approximately 8 x 11-inch). Pour melted cheese and butter over carrots.

4Crush the crackers and sprinkle over carrots.

5Bake at 350°, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.

6Serve hot.
