- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Halve carrots lengthwise and place in shallow baking dish. Add remaining ingredients.

2Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 400°.

3Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons snipped parsley (optional) and serve.
