  • 1 lb. thin catfish fillets
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's salt-free 17 seasoning
  • 1 tsp. All Seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Place fillets in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour lemon juice over all.

    Sprinkle evenly with All Seasoning.

    Top with butter. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
