- 1 cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook cauliflower just until tender in lightly salted water. Heat can of soup (undiluted).

2Drain water off of cauliflower; pour soup over cauliflower.

3Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

4Toast bread and crumble over top.

5Cut up margarine over top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
