  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 8 (4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 3/4 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

    Put chicken in buttered pan or dish.

    Place cheese on top. Combine soup, wine and chicken stock in a pan.

    Stir well and heat.

    Spoon over chicken.

    Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken. Drizzle butter over stuffing mix.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
