- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. parsley
- red pepper, black pepper and salt
- 1 whole fryer
- butter
Directions

1Mix the minced garlic, bell pepper, onion and parsley together with the seasonings.

2Clean fryer well.

3Rub inside and outside with salt and peppers.

4Make slits in meaty sections with sharp knife and stuff minced seasoning mixture into slits, as you would a roast.

5Dot with butter.

6Place in baking dish or pan and cover with foil.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Remove foil and bake another half hour to brown.
